Directions
From the "Dommel" hiking parking lot, turn right onto the circular trail around the Dommel. After 900 m, turn left onto the path that takes you to the Dommel tower viewing tower. Enjoy the fantastic view of the Sauländer mountains from the highest mountain in the municipality of Diemelsee before returning along the same path and turning left again on the circular path around the Dommel back to the "Dommel" hiking parking lot. Alternatively, you can also take the steep path straight ahead from the "Dommel" parking lot to the Dommel tower.
How to get there
From the north: Drive towards Hannover and take the A7 towards Kassel until the Kasseler Kreuz junction, then take the A44 towards Dortmund, exit Marsberg towards Diemelsee
From the east: Take direction Kassel, then A44 Dortmund exit Marsberg direction Diemelsee
From the west: Direction Dortmund, A44 direction Kassel, exit Marsberg direction Diemelsee
From the south: Munich in the direction of Nuremberg, Kassel and onto the A44 in the direction of Dortmund, Marsberg exit and in the direction of Diemelsee
From the east: Take direction Kassel, then A44 Dortmund exit Marsberg direction Diemelsee
From the west: Direction Dortmund, A44 direction Kassel, exit Marsberg direction Diemelsee
