The "Red Cliff" is also a place where inner childhood memories are easily reawakened. At dusk, the view is of the two entrances to the so-called roof castle, where a shy inhabitant with black and white fur sometimes appears - attracted by the corn fields nearby. The surroundings become silent and the landscape begins to blend with images from times long past.
The mighty, 350-million-year-old blocks of ironstone suddenly form the walls of an imaginary canyon. The old burial sites from medieval mining are transformed into the hiding places of a distant adventure. And the dense belt of wild roses framing the red rocks becomes the protective rampart of a secret tribe.
