From the "Loipenhaus Schweinsbühl" hikers' parking lot, the Sb3 first leads towards the treading pool, where you can do your legs and feet some good.


After this short stop, the first ascent comes, which takes you to the Rhenequelle spring between Widdehagen and Höhlenscheid. The refuge at the Rhenequelle offers a beautiful and quiet place to take a break.


Together with the Diemelsteig trail, you return to the starting point at the "Loipenhaus Schweinsbühl" hiking parking lot. In the center of Schweinsbühl you have the opportunity to stop at the Gasthaus Sommerfrische.
