An easy bike tour. The start and finish point is at the parking lot in the center of the village at the miners' monument.

From the starting point we cycle towards Bad Arolsen, after approx. 200m we turn into the Heimberg. A steep climb awaits us here, which we may have to push. We slowly leave Adorf and head towards Weißenborn. We should stop briefly at the farm and look left towards Upland. On a clear day, you can see the Ettelsberg tower on Willingen's local mountain. Continue right onto the country road and a little later turn left onto the Im Meer field path. Continue past the Martenberg natural monument in the direction of the Christiane mine. You should plan a longer break here and take a guided tour of the visitor mine. Afterwards, we make our way home and cycle parallel to the country road along the miners' path towards Adorf. After 10 minutes, we return to our starting point at the miners' memorial.
