From the parking lot at the tourist information office, turn into Kirchstraße and cycle towards the Sperrmauer. At the minigolf course, turn into Siekesweg. The path leads towards Rhenegge. Cycle through the village and continue towards Adorf. Follow Arolserstraße to the Zum Heimberg turn-off and head towards Wirmighausen. From here, head towards the old Heerstraße and continue through Flechtdorf and Benkhausen.

An ascent follows to the Ittlar field. After a breather, the route continues to Giebringhausen, where there is the option to shorten the route and cycle back along the country road.

Those who are motivated can cycle to Niegelscheid. Once you arrive, you have earned a break and leave the highest elevation in the direction of Ottlar.
