Gastronomie, Gasthof "Zum Hobel" Die Kapelle in Wenkhausen ist im Stile des Spätbarock und in Erinnerung an den Sieg über die Türken bei der Seeschlacht von Lepanto (1716) erbaut worden. Die Eichener Mühle wird im Jahre 1512 erstmals erwähnt. Ausgestattet mit einem eisernen, oberschlächtigen Wasserrad war sie eine “Bannmühle” des Klosters Drolshagen.
