An outdoor workout, exercise in the fresh air and lots of fun to boot. The Bewegungs-Meile promises all of this. This LEADER-funded project by the Hanseatic town of Attendorn enriches the range of outdoor leisure activities with new, exciting and varied offers that can be enjoyed in passing.
Trampoline, rowing train, windrider & more
Whether it's the balance beam, pedalo track, trampoline, wind rider, rotation trainer or rowing train: fitness enthusiasts and walkers alike can let off steam on the equipment set up at a total of seven stations. Some of the equipment is included and therefore also suitable for people with disabilities.
