The Graevenstein (526 m above sea level) is not only the watershed watershed between Bigge and Lenne, but also the border between Olpe and Lennestadt. It is also the district boundary between Olpe and Siegen-Wittgenstein runs in the immediate vicinity.

Hiking tip A2:

Right at the start of the 9.2 km hike (difficulty: medium; duration: approx. 2.5 hours), a fantastic panorama awaits you on the Engelsberg. If the view is clear, you can even see the Ölberg and Löwenburg in the Siebengebirge from here. The A2 continues down to the beautiful golden village of Rehringhausen (with refreshments available) and back through the Rehringhausen forest with its numerous Siepen.

Hiking tip N:

A varied and scenic circular trail N around Neuenkleusheim (trail length: 14.8 km; difficulty: medium; duration: approx. 4 hours) .For the most part, it leads over the heights of the Olpe region. Sections leading through high forest alternate again and again with open meadows. The panoramic views along the way are also impressive. Theview from the Engelsberg extends far towards Sauerland-Bergisches Land-Siegerland and the Westerwald. Near the "Hohen Hagen" rest area above Neuenkleusheim and the Altenkleusheim wayside cross , you can see the Kindelsberg tower, the Blockhaus and the Nordhelle to the north.

Another special feature is the baroque-style Marienkapelle chapel with water wheel and bells in the middle of the Buchenwald in Beismicke. The small church was built between 1945 and 1947 tothank Neuenkleusheim for not being destroyed in the war. The water wheel with the three bells is powered by water from the former "Schwarz-Rot-Gold" mine. Visitors can enjoy nature on eight benches near the chapel.
