Start in Gerlingen past the music house behind the Easter fireplace, right off Antoniusweg.
The path is divided into four elements, a climbing game with spider webs and slide for younger children, is located on the left on a large area, this was formerly the old railroad tunnel.
If you now walk along the former railroad line in the direction of the sewage treatment plant, you will come to a resting point, this offers benches for a short break, whereby you have a direct view of the Gerlingen church tower from there.
If you continue along the path, you come to the real attraction, the pump track.
The closed circuit with its steep curves and waves can be ridden on inline skates, skateboards, bicycles, running bikes or bobby cars, making it attractive for all age groups.
The calisthenics station is the fourth and last element of the recreation path, here strength and endurance can be trained with the help of one's own body weight.
Thus, the recreation trail is a real attraction for young people, children, but also for adults.
